Find the Time to Seek Silence...

Meditation is a skill to be practiced and achieved. It is not easy, especially for the anxious mind. Thoughts that race and worry are the hardest to calm, but learning to meditate IS learning to quiet the mind. You are not your thoughts. You are the being in the silence that recognizes you are thinking. Take time to quiet your mind. Start slow. Start with intention. If nothing else a peacful time in your day will be refreshing.
